You will need to provide your PayPal account details in the seller dashboard. (Go to ‘’Settings’’ and then ‘’Payments’’) Once the buyer has successfully completed the PayPal checkout process, the money will be transferred directly from the buyer to your PayPal account.

A notification email will be sent to you together with the order details.

Yes. We only collect 10% sales processing fee for every sale you make. Only the seller has to pay for the sales processing fee. The fee is based on the total amount of the sale which includes the sum of the item price, shipping cost, and any other amounts that the seller may charge. For example, the item price is $70 and shipping cost is $30, then the total amount of the sale would be $70 + $30 = $100 and the sale processing fee would be $100 x 10% = $10. The fee is paid to us instantly and automatically from your PayPal account when you receive the money from the buyer and it is NOT refundable under any circumstances.

Yes, you can. All you have to do is to set the price at $0.

The products or services must be 3D technology related, such as downloadable 3D designs, 3D games, 3D TV, 3D printers, 3D scanners, 3D printer filaments, 3D software, 3D scanning service, 3D printing service and any other parts or accessories that associate with another 3D technology related products or services.

You are NOT allowed to sell or share the followings:

  1. Music
  2. Movies (Unless it is 3D movie and you have the legal rights to sell it)
  3. Weapons
  4. Any unsafe and dangerous goods or services
  5. Medical tools and products
  6. Foods and Drinks
  7. Agricultural products
  8. Cosmetic goods
  9. Any living organisms
  10. Any living tissues
  11. Any sexual related products or services including but not limited to pornographies, sex toys and prostitution.
  12. Any illegal products or services
  13. Any products or services that do not relate to 3D technology or do not associate with any other 3D technology related products or services.

All prices on our website are priced in USD.

No. Currently, you can only set the selling price in USD.

All prices are taxed included.

You should include all applicable taxes in your selling price.

You must clearly set out all relevant terms and conditions including warranty, shipping, exchange, refund policies and other relevant terms in the product listing page. Please also ensure that your terms are in compliance with all of our terms and conditions and any applicable laws.

The easiest way is to upload your files to our website via the seller dashboard. Once your customers have successfully completed the checkout process, they can download the files from their ‘’My Account’’ dashboard or via the download link provided in the automated order email. Please note that the maximum upload file size is 64MB. You may also grant the download access manually, or set some download restrictions:

  1. User download limit- once your customer hits the limit, he/she will no longer be able to re-download that particular file.
  2. Download period- your customers will not be able to download the file again if the period has passed. For example, if the download access period is 10 days, your customers will not be able to download that file after 10 days.
  3. Other restrictions- you can revoke the download access.

If you wish to use other channels other than 3DMIKA to distribute your downloadable products (e.g. email, website, cloud etc.), you must clearly state that in the description of your product listing page.

Depending on the distribution methods used by the seller, you can download your files via My Account Dashboard, the order email or other channels that organized by the seller.

The followings are the common restrictions that the seller may apply for any downloadable products that are distributed via our website or system. If you are unsure about the download limits or restrictions, please contact the relevant seller before you make a purchase.

  1. User download limit– once you hit the limit, you will no longer be able to re-download that particular file.
  2. Download access period– you will not be able to download the file again if the download access period has passed. For example, if the download access period is 10 days, you will not be able to download that file after 10 days.
  3. Other restrictions– under some circumstances, your seller may revoke your download access to the file.

You should always contact the seller or any relevant third parties first for any issues that relate to your purchases. You are always welcome to report the issues to us by submitting the enquiry form at the contact page. We will endeavour to respond within 48 hours.

Not all products or services are refundable. Each products or services may have different refund policies as they are listed by different sellers. If you are eligible for a refund, you should contact the relevant responsible seller. 3DMIKA does NOT process, handle or provide refunds to the buyer or the seller.

No. You can only buy from one seller at a time.

If you receive this PayPal message during the PayPal checkout process, it means that the seller’s PayPal account details are incorrect or the seller hasn’t provided us with his/her PayPal account details. No money is being paid to the seller and your order is not placed or completed. Please contact us and the seller if this occurs.
